These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the driving school services provided by RNA Driving School ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Fees and Payment
Fees: Our fees for driving lessons and other services vary depending on student location and other factors. Please contact us for a detailed price quote.
Payment methods: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept cash or checks.
Refunds: We do not issue refunds for our services.
3. Scheduling and Cancellation
Scheduling: Driving lessons are scheduled through our secure online scheduling system.
Cancellation: You may cancel a scheduled appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
No-shows: There are no fees for late cancellations or no-shows. However, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the termination of services.
4. Student Responsibilities
Punctuality: Students are expected to be on time for all scheduled appointments.
Following instructions: Students must listen carefully and strictly obey the instructions of their driving instructors.
Appropriate attire: Students should wear comfortable clothing and footwear that is suitable for driving.
5. Liability and Waivers
Assumption of risk: Driving instruction involves inherent risks. You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participating in driving lessons.
Waiver: You may be required to sign a liability waiver before participating in driving lessons. Please review the waiver carefully.
6. Intellectual Property
Any training materials provided by RNA Driving School, including but not limited to manuals, videos, and online resources, are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute these materials without our written permission.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, violation of these Terms, or unsafe behavior.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled amicably between the parties. If the parties are unable to reach a resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
